Q: How far do you travel?
We perform across the UK and internationally. All travel expenses will be included in your quote.

Q: How do we confirm a booking?
Once a quote is agreed upon, we'll send you a booking contract along with an invoice for a 20% deposit. Your booking is confirmed once we receive both the signed contract and deposit. For payment details, please get in touch.

Q: How long do you play for?
Our standard packages include 2 hours of live music, split into either 2 x 60-minute sets or 3 x 40-minute sets with short breaks (15–30 minutes) in between. We're happy to accommodate specific requests—just let us know.

Q: Which Funktion & Co singer will perform at my event?
We aim to provide the core musicians featured in our promotional materials. However, due to other professional commitments or unforeseen circumstances (like illness), we can't always guarantee specific band members. Requests for particular singers are welcomed but cannot be contractually guaranteed.

Q: Do you take song requests?
Absolutely! We're happy to learn a special request—especially for first dances. Please provide at least one month's notice if your chosen song isn't already in our set list.

Q: How much space do you need?
The space required varies depending on the band size. For example, our 6-piece band needs approximately 5 x 4 metres. Contact us for exact requirements based on your booking.

Q: Can you play past midnight?
Yes, we offer live music and DJ services beyond midnight for an additional fee. Contact us for pricing and availability.

Q: Do you provide your own PA and lighting?
Yes – all necessary PA and lighting equipment is provided by us.

Q: How long do you need to set up?
Setup and soundcheck typically take between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the package and band size.

Q: What time do you arrive?
We usually arrive 2 hours before our first set. If you need us to arrive earlier, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Will you need refreshments?
Yes, we kindly ask for soft drinks and water. For longer events such as weddings, we require a hot meal for each band member.

Q: Can you play music between sets?
Yes, we provide playlist music through our PA system between sets and up until midnight (or until your venue's curfew, if earlier).
